I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it?
Your username is the email address you used when you created the account. If you still can’t remember, you may contact Customer Support at Libraries@learningexpressllc.com for help.
What are these Centers?
The Centers have a collection of learning modules organized around a theme or focus. The practice tests, tutorials, eBooks, and other related material are organized by subject matter, into smaller sections called Learning Centers

For more help there is a Help section with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that answers many questions. There is also a User Guides tool filled with videos about the different contents, like "How to take a test" or "How to download and use an eBook."
