Honors College Co-Curricular Workshops

Complete your honors project successfully through this workshop series. This will help students build research, writing, and presentation skills.

Work with your instructor prior to this session. You are expected to bring:

Returning Honors College Students New Honors College Students
  • The current project proposal.
  • General background knowledge of those topics or themes – You are expected to have done some preliminary reading/research about them.
  • A definition of what is a primary source for the subject that you are studying.
  • Evaluation criteria that is subject and/or project specific. 
  • A list of reference sources used.
  • A list of keywords.
  • The current project proposal.

You will be using the above information as a starting place in this workshop.


There are various ways to keep track of your research. Below are some options in which to keep yourself organized.
