General keyboard shortcuts

  • Ctrl+C (Copy)
  • Ctrl+X (Delete selected item and save a copy to the clipboard)
  • Ctrl+V (Paste)
  • Ctrl+Z (Undo)
  • Ctrl+A (Select all) 
  • Ctrl+S (Save)
  • Ctrl+P (Print)
  • Alt+Tab (Switch between the open items) 
  • F5 key (Update the active window)
  • Ctrl+Shift+Esc (Open Task Manager) 
  • Ctrl+F (Find)
  • Ctrl+H (Replace)
  • Alt+F4 (Close current application)
  • Ctrl+ + (enlarge the current window)
  • Ctrl+ - (shrink the current window)
  • F2 key (Rename the selected item)
  • CTRL+Shift+T (re-opens your last closed browser tab)
  • Shift with any arrow key (Select more than one item in a window or on the desktop, or select text in a document)

Here are some setting changes that may help make working on your PC easier. 

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Click on System 
  3. In Display  you can make adjustments that with help both your eyes and your upper back
    1. Adjust the screen brightness
    2. Adjust the text size on the screen
