What is a Safe Space?

A safe space is a place or environment where a person can feel confident that they will not be discriminated against, exposed, harassed, criticized or any other emotional or physical harm. A safe space can be your favorite bench, a person that you trust or even just your home. It's a place where you feel that you can not be harmed and no judgement will ever be placed on you for what you say, do or how you act.
