What is Ocean Energy?

According to National Geographic, "ocean energy" refers to the process of harnessing power from the ocean's natural movements, primarily through the rise and fall of tides (tidal energy) and the motion of waves (wave energy), to generate electricity; essentially using the ocean's kinetic energy as a renewable energy source (National Geographic).
