Our team provides relevant, meaningful, useful, and practical PD that maximizes each person’s contribution to their department and helps them to achieve greater career effectiveness, satisfaction, and preparation for future opportunities at LSC-Kingwood and beyond.
Professional Development will align with the Lone Star College system initiatives as well as those set by the campus president, Dr. Melissa N. Gonzalez. The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) developed the competencies used to identify professional development offerings.
