No-Show Policy and No-Show Email

Open the No Show and Client Report Data folder and click on the current semester. 

Click on the Student Info tab of the spreadsheet and check for highlighted names

For each highlighted name, send an email using the resources in the No-Show Emails folder:

After you send the email, complete the "Email Sent" and "Who Contacted Student" columns on the spreadsheet.

Jenny will unhighlight names when the reactivation process is completed.
