Open the No Show and Client Report Data folder for the current year. For example, FY 2024-25 would be Fall 2024 to Summer II 2025.
- Open the current semester's spreadsheet.
- Click on the Student Info tab of the spreadsheet and check for highlighted names.
If there are any highlighted names, proceed with the following steps:
- Open the No-Show Emails folder:
- Start an email for each highlighted name using A No-Show Email Template.url
- Attach the LC No-Show Policy- Student.pdf
- Attach WCOnline Student Cancel Appointment.pdf
- Send the email
- Put your name in the Who Sent Email Column of the spreadsheet.
- You do not have to do anything with the Deactivation Date or Reactivation Date Columns.
