No-Show Email

Open the No Show and Client Report Data folder for the current year. For example, FY 2024-25 would be Fall 2024 to Summer II 2025.

  • Open the current semester's spreadsheet.  
  • Click on the Student Info tab of the spreadsheet and check for highlighted names.

If there are any highlighted names, proceed with the following steps:

  • Open the No-Show Emails folder:
    • Start an email for each highlighted name using A No-Show Email Template.url
    • Attach the LC No-Show Policy- Student.pdf
    • Attach WCOnline Student Cancel Appointment.pdf​​​​​​
    • Send the email
    • Put your name in the Who Sent Email Column of the spreadsheet. 
    • You do not have to do anything with the Deactivation Date or Reactivation Date Columns.
