What do you do?
- Interrupt politely: Apologize for interrupting their study session and acknowledge that it's going well.
- Introduce the cleaning station: Inform them about the cleaning station and emphasize the importance of keeping the space tidy.
- Provide cleaning supplies: Hand them Lysol/Clorox wipes and paper towels, explaining their use for cleaning surfaces and hands.
- Explain the rules: Mention that food and drink are allowed but patrons must clean up after themselves to maintain the space.
- Offer assistance: Let them know they can ask for additional cleaning materials at the Service Desk.
- Thank them: Preemptively thank them for their cooperation in keeping the space clean.
