Learning Commons Manual & Resources

  1. The student must be currently enrolled in classes,
  2. Have a student ID number, and
  3. Present a photo ID
    1. Drivers license
    2. Passport
    3. State ID
    4. High school ID

There are no expiration dates on regular students IDs

Medical students have expiration dates with the name of their program.

Replacement fee: $10

Students can pay for replacement cards using the marketplace or with cash at the business office. They will need to bring proof of payment to a circulation employee before a new ID can be made

  1. The supervisor or DOM fills out the Access Badge form
    1. Make sure the employee has the correct access
  2. The supervisor must sign and date the form
  3. The employee takes the form  to Circulation where the ID is made
  4. Give form to DOM (for us it's Jennifer) to initiate access. 
    1. This process could take up to a week.
