There are no expiration dates on regular students IDs
Medical students have expiration dates with the name of their program.
The first ID is free! Students only pay a replacement fee for lost IDs that are less than two years old. Please check with Anne.L.McGittigan@lonestar.edu if there is doubt about when a student received their ID. The date can be looked up in ID Credentials.
Replacement fee: $10
Students can pay for replacement cards using "StoreFront" or with cash at the business office. They will need to bring proof of payment to a circulation employee before a new ID can be made

Replacement fee: $20 Employees go to Business Office to pay for lost or damaged card. They must get a new Access Badge form from their Supervisor, Access Card Contact or DOM. The ACC or DOM attaches the receipt to the Form. The Employee can then get a new ID at the ID Station.
