Accepting Reserves

When accepting reserve items, please collect the following information to properly include the item into the catalog.

The owner- Who owns the item? (Department, faculty, or library)
The course- For what course is the item on reserve? (example: ENGL 1301)
The instructor- For whom is the item on reserve? (example: Steve Davis) If reserve item is for multiple instructors, enter instructor as Dept.(example: HIST Dept.)

Give items to be placed on Reserves to the Circulation Coordinator (Anne.)
