At the beginning of the semester, students may complain that they are not able to get into their D2L classroom. They may need to go through the Student Orientation for Online Courses. 

1. Navigate the student to their D2L Course page.
2. Guide them to the Online Student Orientation (link) and leave them to go through the course.
3. They will need to complete the Online Student Orientation Quiz with 80 or above for them to access their online classes.

Some courses may not be available until the 1st day of the class. If it is past the first day of class, student has completed the D2L orientation and they still cannot see the course, they will need to contact the professor.

Support services are available for both students and faculty within D2L. Use the links below to find help without having to login to D2L
